Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do it online here: enter your details, then review and confirm your statement in the next step. We immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

The detailed rules (deadline, returning the product, refund) are in section 8 of the Terms and Conditions. You can also withdraw by post, by e-mail or in person — our details are on the contact page.

You'll find it in the confirmation e-mail (e.g. EF-T123). If you don't have it, leave it empty — your statement is still valid.
