Accessibility statement
This statement describes how the ecoflow.hu online shop works and how far it meets the accessibility requirements (Hungarian Act XVII of 2022, Annex 3, point 1).
The service
The ecoflow.hu online shop is operated by the seller, Tripont Foto Video Fototechnikai Kft. (1131 Budapest, Reitter Ferenc utca 132/B ép.). In the shop you can buy EcoFlow products online — portable power stations, extra batteries, solar panels and accessories.
Product pages show the description, technical data, price, stock information and terms of purchase; you order the items in your cart at checkout, with home delivery or collection in store. The shop is available in Hungarian, English, Serbian and Croatian; switch language with the selector in the header.
How to use it
- Finding products: from the header menu by category and product family, or with the search field.
- Product page: the purchase box shows the name, price, stock, delivery and payment options, guarantee and the “Add to cart” button; the full description and technical data follow below.
- Cart and checkout: change quantities in the cart; at checkout enter your details, choose delivery and payment, accept the terms and conditions and send the order with the order button. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- Card payments take place on the payment provider’s page, after which you return to the shop.
- Withdrawal: via the “Withdrawal from the contract” link in the footer, on a short form.
- If any step is difficult, you can also order and ask by e-mail (info@ecoflow.hu) or in person in our shop (1131 Budapest, Reitter Ferenc utca 132/B ép.).
How the shop meets the requirements
Our reference is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the EN 301 549 standard. What the shop does today:
- Pages are structured with landmarks — header, navigation, main content, footer — one main heading per page and headings in order. A “Skip to content” link bypasses the menu.
- Every function can be used with the keyboard, and the focused element has a clearly visible outline.
- The page language is marked in every language version, so screen readers use the right language.
- Form fields (checkout, withdrawal) have visible labels; error messages appear under the field and are linked to it, and on submit the focus moves to the first field with an error. Fields support browser autofill.
- Product images have text descriptions; decorative icons are skipped by screen readers.
- Pop-ups (such as the notice on the legal guarantee) are the browser’s own dialogs: they close with Esc, and the full text of the official notice is available next to its image.
- The rotating banner on the home page can be paused; it stops when the pointer or focus is on it, and does not start at all if reduced motion is enabled on your system.
- The site works on mobile and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling; colour contrast of text and controls follows WCAG AA.
- Checkout has no image CAPTCHA. The order confirmation is a plain-text e-mail that reads well with a screen reader.
Known issues
We assessed conformance ourselves on 19 October 2026, by reviewing the shop’s source code and running automated accessibility checks. No manual test with assistive technology (such as a screen reader) and no independent audit has been done yet, so the shop is currently partially compliant. Known issues:
- On mobile, opening the menu does not move the focus into it, and closing it does not return the focus to the menu button, so the menu is hard to use with a screen reader. In the meantime every page can be reached from the footer links and the search.
- In the product image gallery, arrow-key navigation only works while the focus is on the previous/next buttons.
- Some product descriptions and technical data come from the manufacturer: text in manufacturer images does not always have a text equivalent, and we cannot ensure the accessibility of manufacturer documents (such as PDF manuals).
- Card payment takes place on the payment provider’s page; the provider is responsible for its accessibility.
We keep fixing these issues and review this statement whenever something significant changes, and at least once a year.
Feedback and contact
If you cannot use part of the shop or find an accessibility problem, write to us at info@ecoflow.hu (subject: Accessibility). Tell us which page, what you tried and which device or software you use. We reply within 30 days and make the information or product available another way — by e-mail or in our shop.
Enforcement
If our reply does not resolve the issue, you can complain to the consumer protection authority, which also supervises the accessibility requirements (Government Decree 605/2022 (XII. 28.), section 1(1)(f)). The consumer protection authority is the government office of Budapest or of the county where you live or stay; contact details are at kormanyhivatalok.hu.
