For a warranty claim on a product bought from us, bring it to the Tripont shop (1131 Budapest, Reitter Ferenc utca 132/B ép.) or contact INNPRO's service centre directly — INNPRO is the official EcoFlow distributor in Hungary (1135 Budapest, Frangepán utca 76.). After INNPRO's warranty period you can claim the remaining manufacturer's guarantee directly from EcoFlow.
